It took seconds and it didn’t seem to effect my cat negatively. It was a quick thing and if I remember right, went right between the shoulder blades.

I normally can’t watch much that my vet does with the animals. If I know the animal is uncomfortable… count me out! But the microchip was implanted before I knew it and I didn’t have time to turn my head! It happened so fast and practically painless.

If your cat has had a bath or rabies shots, or even his/her temperature taken… this will be a piece of cake!
