Ever think maybe your cat is sleeping too much? Well, if it’s a kitten then it’s totally normal not to see it wake up for but 4 hours a day maybe, and that’s just so it can grow properly. However, an adult cat sleeps about 16 hours a day but not at all once like we do.
7-8 hours of sleep and humans are all good, but only in a row. Cats divide up their sleep throughout the day with naps depending on how active they are inside or out.
It’s always good to encourage play with your cat but try not to push an older cat too far if it lacks the energy and strength. Sounding pretty similiar to people? I think so!
